How to Achieve Your Goals the Easy Way (Using the Kaizen Approach).

In 2015, I set a New year’s resolution to achieve the goal of waking up at 5 a.m. daily from January through to December. During the first week of January I nailed it. I woke up at 5am—even 4am on some days— every single day that week.
